• Skate at your own risk

• The Town of Winnipeg Beach is not responsible for injuries or damages

• Helmet mandatory

• Knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards are strongly recommended

• Allowable equipment: skateboards and in-line skates only

• Prohibited equipment: Bicycles, scooters, roller skates, motorized vehicles

• No abusive, profane, or disruptive behavior

• No smoking, drugs, or alcohol

• Keep the park clean

• Follow all rules or risk being asked to leave/banned
